These are tough times. It can take all our courage to keep going. But how about resilient. I have to ask myself, "Do I try to live in a way that things bounce off me?"
When we become more resilient, we empower others to enjoy a happier life too.
Here are some tools and oils I use to for more Resilient Living so I can have the energy and desire to give some hope to others:
1) Meditate: Did you know that a room of singers can actually start to have the same rhythmic heartbeat? Yes! it's true! and others around you can tell how your heart is beating too. So focusing on your heart can keep you more in tune with yourself and others. ONly 15 minutes of breathing slowly and focus on hearing your heartbeat does the trick.
Oil the Heart: Open up by dabbing a drop of oil to the heart area as you begin start. Women might choose Jasmine or Whisper. Men might choose Balance or Amavi.
2) Pray: This is sacred talk. Prayers remind me we are not alone. Someone has our best interest at heart.
Oil on Chakra: Third Eye dab a cotton ball with InTune, Pettigrain, or Arborvitae and place nearby your prayer place or use directly on the "third eye" chakra and gently massage into skin. (if you are sensitive, dilute arborvitae with coconut oil before placing on the skin or else you might have a red dot for the day!)
3) Gratitude Journal. 5 Minutes a day is all it takes to give gratitude for something or someone.
Oil Spritz: Spritz the journal page with Citrus Bliss or Lemon (go lightly) or dab once with a cotton swab. It will brighten your gratitude.
4) Yoga: 15 minutes a few days a week helps release toxins and toxic beliefs and keeps our bodies limber too.
Oil Diffuse: Diffuse oils that relax and uplift like Elevation and Wild Orange. The Yoga collection oils are also a favorite. for releasing toxins, toxic beliefs and improving Chakra flow.
Consider that the best person to help is yourself. When you are living a more resilient way, you are ready to help others too. Empower yourself, first with some of the resilient, empowered living tools above so you feel good enough to share your unique, beautiful, strong and perfect gifts.
There's no time like the present. And there is no present like a resilient you!
