I want to dance healthy and free,
So why not drink Mango Tango with me?
Ingredients:
1 cup Chard or Spinach
2 cups Water
2 cups Ice
2 Cups Frozen Mango
1 Pear
1 Banana
1 T Chia seed
1 T Hemp seed
1-2 drops Tangerine essential oil
Blend in your high speed blender. Makes dancing a breeze.
