Yoga: Keeping Harmony for the Holidays

Emotions go crazy during times of crisis-- and during the holidays.

Letting go of them is easier when we engage the body in stretching and movement. Using oils along with the exercises helps me recognize my emotions so I can deal with them in an effective way. Healing happens when we accept ourselves as we are. Yoga is a great way to start the harmony process to healthier mood responses.
