Wise---Follow the Yellow Brick Road: The Five Top OZ oils

Do you remember Dorothy (you know which one--the red shoes)? When she was headed to the Emerald City she was looking for someone wise enough to get her back home.

And who did that turn out to be??

HERSELF.

Most of the time we look outside of us to find the answers to what's inside of us all along. We just can't see it yet. When we can actually see it, we earn the title of wise.

There are so many wisdom ideas out in cyberspace. But just like Dorothy learned: Relationships matter most. I like to stay connected with a few of my favorite wise guys.

I learn a lot about how to live a better life.

While I'm learning wise, I like to use essential oils to help me along the yellow brick road. It makes the road easier to navigate and I get there faster.

When we get to the end of the road, take off the emerald glasses and see things for what they really are, we can click the heals of our ruby slippers, close our eyes and while meditating repeat: "There's no place like home".

How in the world is this really what we can do?

Well, If we choose an affirmation that fits with our desired outcomes and then pursue a course to get us there, we can reach our goals.

Dorothy never used essential oils (although she did get overwhelmed by poppies), but here are some oils that may have helped her group in their journey. The lion may have been more courageous by applying a little "Peace". The scarecrow, should have smelled a little "Wild Orange" for his jitters. The Tin Man did get Oiled but probably needed some "Sandalwood" to focus better.

And Dorothy? she could have listened to what she knew all along with some "Whisper" or "Forgive". A little Oil goes a long way for getting to our own, "Wise". Be yourself. Get out of your own way, and follow your heart back home.
